Shipping: We ship only in the Continental United States. All shipping will be mailed 1st class via USPS within 3 business days of your purchase. Insurance can be purchased at the time of check out. Return/Exchange Policy: Returns must be done within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. An exchange or store credit will be given for the cost of the item only. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds will be given. Return Instructions: 1. All items must be returned unworn and in original condition. 2. We must be notified of your intent to return the item. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging the return and a Return Authorization number will be provided. The return authorization number must be visible on the return. If no number is listed, the delivery will be refused. 3. If exchanging an item, please list the item you want in exchange. Keep in mind that the new item will not be placed on reserve and is subject to availability. 4. The item must be returned in secure packaging. Secure packaging can be a box or bubble wrap to prevent damage. Please make sure that the return item is insured. We will not take responsibility for any lost returned items that are not insured.
